Investigation Pfötchen ist eine Projekt-Band des Nürnberger Musikers Jochen Vestner. Als Kompomist, Sänger und Multi-Instrumentalist produziert er zusammen mit Gitarrist Oliver Rödl eine Mischung aus verschiedenen Rockeinflüssen. Das Album Evolution entstand ursprünglich im Internet. Jochen Vestner sammelte dazu ein Jahr lang jede Woche eine Songidee in seinem Blog und lies die Blog-Leser am Ende über die 52 Songs abstimmen. Die 13 Gewinner-Songs wurden dann im Studio neu eingespielt und produziert. Zwei Bonus-Tracks, die in dieser Zeit enstanden, runden das Album ab.

Investigation Pfötchen is a music project from Jochen Vestner. He is a german singer, songwriter and multi instrumentalist. Together with guitarist Oliver Rödl he produces his mixture of progressive rock and alternative music. The album Evolution was in the beginning an internet project. For one year Jochen Vestner put every week a song idea on his internet blog. His followerd then voted, with of the 52 ideas they liked best. With the 13 most voted songs, the studio work began and was finally completed with two bonus-tracks.
